Many garden rooms on the market are glorified sheds that freeze in winter. We use a "warm roof" and "warm wall" construction method, wrapping the timber frame in high-performance Celotex insulation to ensure true habitability.
With 100mm floor and roof insulation standard, our rooms retain heat incredibly well, meaning they cost very little to run, even in the depths of winter.
We use residential-grade aluminium or uPVC doors with multi-point locking systems, keeping your expensive office equipment or gym gear safe.
We use a one-piece EPDM rubber roof membrane that is bonded to the structure. It has a life expectancy of 50+ years and is completely leak-proof.
